The Christmas Betterball Stableford Competition was scheduled within the 2010 Desert Springs Tournament Calendar to be played on Monday 27th December.
In acknowledgement of the feedback received from members respect to popular travel arrangements during this festive period, and so as to encourage as large a field of entrants as is possible, the Committee has taken the decision to change the date of the tournament.
The new date for the Christmas Betterball Stableford Competition has now been set for Tuesday 28th December.
The event is open to all golfers and will be a Pairs Betterball Stableford Competition.
All players will receive ¾ of their handicap allowance in accordance with the maximum handicaps permitted plus the ‘Slope’ rating for the course. Maximum Handicaps for the tournament are 24 for Men, 36 for Ladies and 28 for juniors.
Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place pairs within each category will be provided (depending on number of entries).
Entry forms are available from Golf Reception in the normal manner.
