Dear Members,
Following requests from a large number of members to be able to play a Stableford competition from the back tees, I am pleased to inform you that at the last meeting of the committee it was agreed that the All Saints Day Stableford on Sunday 1st November 2009 will be played in that format.
Of course this only applies to the Men’s’ Section, Ladies will play as usual, from the Red Tees.
I hope you agree that this will be a welcome opportunity to play the course in a different way for many of us without the strain of medal scoring!
The committee welcomes feedback after the competition to see if this is an idea that should be utilised in other competitions.
