If you see the 'Desert Springs Travel Peace of Mind Guarantee' logo next to any of our holidays; you can rest assured that, should you wish to cancel your holiday or make amendments, you can do this free-of-charge up to two weeks before your expected departure date.

  • If you cancel more than 12 weeks prior to your scheduled departure date receive a full refund of your deposit.
  • If you cancel within 84 – 15 days prior to your scheduled departure date receive a 100% refund of the cost of your confirmed booking OR amend your arrival date at no cost within fifteen (15) months of your original arrival date.
  • If you cancel from 14 – 0 days prior to your scheduled departure date receive 0% refund of the cost of your confirmed booking, however amend your arrival date at no cost within fifteen (15) months of your original arrival date.

Lesser & Minimum Occupancy

Reservations for single persons, couples and other numbers less than the “standard occupancy” for the accommodation in question, are always available at the standard occupancy rate. The ‘minimum period of standard occupancy’ is 7 nights. However, reservations can be made for stays of 3 nights at 70% of the price of 7 nights of Apartments and Townhouses and 4 nights of stay at 80% of the price of 7 nights of Pueblo Villas, Country Villas and Country Houses.
