At Desert Springs Resort, we are firmly committed to nurturing talent and supporting the education of future generations.
We had the honour of taking part in the conference “Collaboration between sectors for the improvement of Dual Vocational Training”, organised by IES Jaroso in Cuevas del Almanzora.
This inspiring event brought together representatives from the educational, institutional and business sectors to reflect, debate and create synergies around the challenges and opportunities presented by Dual Vocational Training.
Desert Springs Resort was proud to participate in the round table discussion “Creating strategic partnerships between educational centres and businesses”, sharing our experience as a key player in the tourism and real estate sectors of the Levante Almeriense. We contributed our vision on how active collaboration between companies and the education system is essential to developing young talent and addressing the challenges of today’s labour market.
We strongly believe that investing in education is investing in the future. And such an investment must be made through cooperation, commitment and shared responsibility among all social stakeholders.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to IES Jaroso for their outstanding organisation and for promoting spaces for dialogue such as this, which help to strengthen Dual Vocational Training and ensure it remains connected to real-world needs while contributing to the sustainable development of our region.
