Our Head Chef, Sergio Rodriguez, uses his experience from a variety of different Michelin- starred restaurants to influence his Mediterranean flavoured cuisine, which focuses on the plethora of local ingredients from land and sea, whilst employing diverse culinary techniques to create unique flavours.
All of which can be enjoyed from the variety of spaces that El Torrente boasts; ranging from the internal air conditioned dining and lounge areas that can be accompanied by roaring fires in the winter months, to the precious surrounds of the sun drenched external deck overlooking Powder Creek and its Waterfall with optional shading when required, the forward and back terraces, which are perfect for private events, and not forgetting the Powder Creek-side beach overlooking the 18th Hole as well as the open air stargazing roof terrace.
