AMBERA WITHDRAW FROM
PROJECTS AT DESERT SPRINGS
Dear Owner,
As previously communicated Desert Springs S.L. (Desert Springs) and Ambera Caravaca S.L. (Ambera) had entered into cooperation and collaboration agreements to enable Ambera to launch their ‘Active Adult Community’ concept at Desert Springs Resort.
In excess of (100) one-hundred Property Owners at Desert Springs attended the Ambera Presentation Evening back on Friday 15th October, 2021.
We wish to advise you that Ambera are currently working on a project at La Duquesa on the Costa del Sol and so, for the foreseeable future, have taken the decision to withdraw from their launch of their project at Desert Springs Resort.
Whilst regrettable, they remain in contact and hope to regain communications relating to their on-going interest in Desert Springs Resort in the future.
