Golf 4 Women Holidays & Events

The Golf 4 Women series of holidays and events has been specially designed to offer a unique range of events for our female owners and guests. Golf 4 Women offers something for lady golfers or aspiring lady golfers of all levels, shapes, sizes, ages and tastes - and sometimes we even let the boys join in!

Desert Springs is renowned as one of the most woman-friendly golf and leisure resorts in Europe.

The resort has been selected by the Elite players of the GB&I Squad, The Ladies Golf Union & the Women’s Elite Squads of the Golf Union of Wales as well as several tournament LET Professionals as a winter home for their training and play, an indication of the excellence of the women friendly enviroment, Academy of Golf and Indiana Course.

Whether you are an aspiring Solheim Cup player or a complete beginner you will be made welcome and feel comfortable in the golfing arena at Desert Springs. The environment and facilities lend themselves perfectly to relaxed learning and entertainment is never too far away!

We look forward to welcoming you and your friends to a Golf 4 Women event in the near future.

To: Desert Springs Golf Resort

"We have just returned home this weekend after a week at the Desert Springs Golf Resort in Southern Spain and we felt that we would like to write to you to express how much we appreciated the hospitality that was shown to us by all the staff and residents.

We thought that the accommodation was excellent (a townhouse near the practice ground of the golf course) and the kindness and care accorded to us during our stay was first class. We cannot speak highly enough of Christine Langford, whose thoughtfulness and meticulous attention to detail ensured that we enjoyed all aspects of our stay at the resort. Her efforts, which were way above and beyond those we are sure of her general remit, guaranteed that we were made to feel like VIPs during our stay. We certainly took full advantage during the week of being coached by such a prestigious player. Generally we thought that the golf course and facilities at the Golf Academy were excellent. All the staff, whether it was in the restaurants, on reception or at the Caddy Master’s Centre could not do enough for us.

When you are working all year, holiday time is precious and we feel that our week at Desert Springs was spent very wisely. We are certainly considering returning to the resort next year and we will be recommending it to our golfing companions around Wirral and the North West area."

Regards, Louise Davies & Diana Griffiths
