Covid 19 Peace of Mind Guarantee
All holidays booked directly and paid for in full with The Lodge in 2022, benefit from the ' COVID-19 Peace of Mind Guarantee'.
For groups up to and including 9 pax, a deposit of 5% of the value of the accepted quotation is to be paid.
Should you wish to cancel your holiday as a direct consequence of Government imposed COVID-19 restrictions, you can do so in accordance with the following:
- If you cancel up to 22 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 100% refund of the sum you have paid in respect of your confirmed booking OR amend your arrival date, free of charge, within fifteen (15) months of your original arrival date.
- If you cancel from 21 – 0 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will receive 0% refund of the sum you have paid in respect of your confirmed booking. However, you can amend your arrival date, free of charge, within fifteen (15) months of your original arrival date.
The Peace of Mind Guarantee applies to new and direct bookings with The Lodge on all holidays booked in 2022 with arrival dates up to 31st December 2022.
As relevant, this text supersedes that in the relevant clauses of our Booking Conditions – all other text is unchanged.
