New Members Online Tee Time Reservation System Now Available

Desert Springs Golf Club continues to enhance its’ members experience by now facilitating the Members Online Tee Time Reservation System, permitting members to book up to two tee times per member online 24/7 from the comfort of their homes, from any computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone, without the need of contacting the Club.

The introduction of this new facility is in accordance with the ‘Players Golf Protocol’ previously distributed; a guide that stipulates the main applicable measures and recommendations for golfers, thus ensuring adherence to social distancing and minimizing the risks of contagion (Covid-19).

Members will be provided with a User Name and a Password, which will be required for them to login within the Online Tee Time Reservation System for Members. Once logged in, members will be able to book their round of golf as well as their fellow members’ and guests in a very simple manner. In order to add other members within your tee time, a ‘friend request’ must be sent and accepted by the fellow member. Members will also be able to book tee times for guests that will be payable at the time of reservation, in accordance with the Club Rules.

Due to privacy restrictions and data protection, the user of the system will NOT be able to see the tee sheet. The member will need to select the date, number of players wishing to play (the system will optimize the capacity, so if there is one golfer booked at a certain time, the system will allow 3 more players within that tee time), and then the preferred tee time. Once selected, the member will have three minutes to complete that reservation, including the names of those joining them.

We would like to remind all members that whilst this system enables you to book your tee time online from anywhere, all members are required to check in at the Golf Reception before play and collect their receipt as usual and reservations made on the day of play cannot be cancelled online.

The Golf Reception will be contacting all members individually to provide them with their login details (User Name and password) as well as tutorial links on how to use the system.
