ROYAL ASCOT RACING DAY
Dear Owners and Members of Desert Springs Resort,
I would like to inform you of the upcoming Captain’s charity event on Wednesday, 19th June 2024 at the Crocodile Club.
We are holding a Royal Ascot Racing Event, commencing at 14.30hrs. till 18.30hrs., and at 19.30hrs. to 20.00hrs. the world-renowned SPRINGER’S will perform for the rest of the evening.
Proposed Itinerary:
- Ticket entrance to the racing only.
- Doors open 14.30hrs.
- One glass of cava per person on entrance.
- Selection of canapés served during the races.
- Live race link to Ascot.
- Betting begins from 14.30hrs. and closes 5 minutes before the start of the race.
- Stake €5 per bet, no each way bets.
- Pay out on first place only.
5 Races
- First race 15.30hrs. Spanish time.
- Second race 16.04hrs.
- Third race 16.40hrs.
- Fourth race 17.20hrs.
- Last race 18.00hrs.

- Tickets purchased are only for the races, and essential for catering numbers.
- All proceeds to the Captain’s Charity.
- No tickets required for the Springer’s concert – all welcome
- Springer’s to play from approximately 19.30hrs.
