It is with regret that we must inform you that the inaugural ‘Gullivers Sports Travel Seniors Golf Championship’ scheduled for Monday 14th to Wednesday 16th September 2009 has been cancelled. This is due to Gullivers Sports Travel finding it difficult to get entrants into the event.
Gullivers Sports Travel is the UK’s leading and longest established rugby and cricket tour operator. Over the last 24 years, Gullivers Sports Travel has specialised in the organisation of tailor made corporate trips, supporters’ trips, and many others.
Gullivers Tour coordinator Rob Langley, commented;
“In the past few years, Gullivers Sports Travel have worked closely with Desert Springs marketing the Gullivers School Championships which has grown in both numbers of participating schools and its success. Whilst it is disappointing to have to cancel this scheduled event we are continuing to develop our relationship with both the Golf Clubs in the UK and their members and sincerely hope that the event can be re-introduced in the future.”
