As previously announced, Desert Springs Resort will be host to ‘The Lady Taverners Celebrity Golf Classic’ between Thursday 24th to Sunday 27th September 2015.
This mixed event is open to all golfers, with individual, couples or team entry. With an array of celebrities attending, a magnificent range of sponsored prizes on offer and other golfing surprises, competitors will enjoy two rounds of competitive golf along with the incomparable social ambience that can only be found at Desert Springs Resort, enjoying interaction with Chris Tarrant OBE, along with other sports stars and celebrities who have kindly given up their time to play and support the Lady Taverners.
Monies raised from the event will support the Lord’s Taverners outstanding work, which gives disadvantaged young people and children with disabilities a sporting chance. For more information please visit www.lordstaverners.org
Lord’s & Lady Taverners Members received their invitation to participate and bookings for the event continue to be received.
An invitation for Desert Springs Property Owners and Golf Club Members to join with them and participate in the event was distributed back in February of this year.
We wish to remind you of that invitation, and we urge all of you wishing to have some real fun on the golf course and enjoy the social functions to register now.

Festivities commence on Thursday evening with a Welcome Drinks Reception & BBQ at the The Cave Bar.
Friday commences with tournament round one. In the evening, The Crocodile Club restaurant will be the venue for the Celebrity & Sportsman’s ‘Q&A’ followed by a Spanish themed dinner with live music entertainment.
Saturday commences with tournament round two. El Torrente restaurant will be the venue for the Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony with entertainment for the evening being provided by renowned and notorious comedian Ian Irving, (see www.topcomic.co.uk) followed by live music entertainment.
